Robin made everything so comfortable and easy for us as first time home buyers. When we first contacted Robin, we were starting what we thought would be a 6-9 month process.  Our lease was up in about 6 months, and in that time period we were hoping to find a house.  On the first set of visits, we found a house that we liked and decided to make an offer.  As it turns out, the seller wanted to close within the month.  Robin went above and beyond with negotiations, filing paperwork, recommending a lawyer, and walking us through every step along the way, making this happen.  We could not have asked for a better real estate agent or experience, especially given the extremely quick turnaround.
