Registering for Our Spring 3.0 Team

I have received your request for a Spring USTA Team. Below is your USTA Team number, which you and your players will need to register on TennisLink. Please see the Western Wake Tennis Association’s website if you have any questions about registering on line.

Also below is the Town of Cary course code for your team. Each player will now be able to register on line on the Town’s website, using your team specific course code. In order to register on-line, players will need to go to Townofcary.org, choose “Departments”, “Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources”, then “Programs and Classes”. The EZ-REG logo will be on the right hand side of the page, click on this logo and proceed with registration. Players will need their family account code and individual PIN, anyone who has previously registered on-line for any Town of Cary program will have these numbers. The staff at the Tennis Park can also provide them to your players (you may reach the Tennis Park at 919-462-2061). You and your team may also register at the Tennis Park, as in seasons past (I have attached a registration form). Currently, annual passholders are not able to register on-line.

As a reminder, the registration fee for each team member is $20/Cary resident, $24/non-resident. Captains who are interested in holding team practices will need to reserve courts for these practices and each player who participates in the practice session will pay court fees. As always, annual passholders have the registration fees and court fees included as a benefit of purchasing the pass.

January 24^th is the deadline for all teams to have a captain and a backup captain in place.

January 25th is the deadline for the minimum number of payers to be registered on TennisLink. This is also the deadline for Town of Cary teams to have 8 players (6 players for 2.5 and 5.0 teams) registered with the Town, using the team specific course code. Players must complete the registration process before they play in their first match. A default will occur should a player who has not registered with the Town play a match.

Please check the match schedule on TennisLink carefully this season. Should the need arise, we may occasionally schedule matches on our satellite courts.
